The story of Bart Berneking Constructors began long before the company carried its current name.

Bart Berneking entered the construction industry at just 16 years old, learning the trades from the ground up. Form plumbing and carpentry to framing and construction management, his early hands-on experience laid the foundation for a career built on craftsmanship, problem-solving, and an understanding of how every phase of construction comes together.

In 1990 Bart established Bart Berneking Incorporated, beginning a family construction legacy that would continue to grow and evolve over the following decades.

​

Through the years, that foundation expanded into construction, design-build services, architectural coordination, and interior design, supported by long-standing relationships with skilled tradespeople and design professionals.

Today, Bart Berneking Constructors LLC continues that legacy, focusing on commercial construction, renovations, facility expansions, and construction management.

Over the years, our team has coordinated more than 40 Burger King restaurant remodels across multiple states, developing an accelerated construction approach that allows extensive interior and exterior renovations to be completed in approximately 12 dys.

These projects reflect the value of detailed preparation, experienced subcontractors, careful scheduling, and an understanding of how every trade contributes to the overall project.

Led by Bart Berneking and his daughter, the company combines decades of field experience with hands-on project coordination and a personal approach to every client relationship.

Bart brings extensive construction knowledge, practical problem-solving, and an ability to develop efficient building strategies based on years of experience across multiple trades.

Working alongside him, his daughter helps lead project coordination, subcontractor communication, scheduling, client relationships, and design selections, ensuring each project receives the attention it deserves.
